ANA C. DWYER

Ana C Dyer is the Regional President for Fleet Bank. Ms. Dyer immigrated from Sao Miguel to the United States with her family in 1975. The first of her family to earn a high school diploma, she graduated valedictorian of her high school class. She attended Harvard, where she majored in economics.

Originally recruited by Fleet, Ms. Dyer went on to work for other local banks, but returned to Fleet as Regional President and has occupied that position since June of 1997. She was chosen Woman of the Year for her success and accomplishments, not only as a woman, but as a Portuguese American.

Besides her professional success, Ms. Dyer dedicates much of her time to the community, serving on many Boards. She receives great personal satisfaction from her service on the Board of a children's rehabilitation center, in particular. Ms. Dyer serves as a role model to us all.
